About Me

  • I am a UKCP registered trainee psychotherapist in my third year of training, currently at the Berne Institute.

  • I completed a Level 2 Certificate in Therapeutic Skills & Studies and a TA101 at Metanoia Institute as well as my first two years of training as a psychotherapist.

  • I have had and continue to attend personal therapy in order to increase and maintain my self-awareness.

  • I have regular supervision which supports and assists me in maintaining a reflective and ethical practice.

  • I have experience working with clients both online and face-to-face.

  • I offer talking therapy which is grounded in Transactional Analysis theory and which incorporates a variety of approaches unique to each client, including the creative and mindful, drawing on areas of my own research and learning.

  • I have experience of working with neurodivergence and  adopt a neuroaffirmative approach.

  • I have spent over a year providing both counselling and longer term psychotherapy to clients at a low-cost counselling charity (Listening Post in Gloucestershire).

  • I am fully insured and work in accordance with UKCP's Code of Ethics.
